From the 8^th to the 14^th of July 2012 there was organised by the Polish Rectors Foundation the XII School of Strategic Management for Rectors, who have been elected for the term of office 2012-2016. The co-organizer of this school was the Institute of Knowledge Society. Meetings and lectures took place in Ossa Congress & Spa hotel near Rawa Mazowiecka. The project was realized in compliance with the guidelines of the Program of Permanent Projects of competence building of staff responsible for administering and/or managing higher education institutions.

Forty representatives from twenty universities participated in this meeting. The agenda of the School included 16 lectures and 2 panel debates. The average grade of the school evaluation was 4,5 in the scale from 1 to 5 (1 is the lowest grade, 5 is the highest grade).
