The 7th edition of the Conference for Leaders of University Management LUMEN 2021 was held on November 23-24 in a hybrid mode (virtual and on-site): the conference was transmitted live on-line from a professional TV-Studio, and the attendees were able to participate in the discussion remotely, the speakers and honorary guests also took part on-site in the studio and online.

The main organizer of the LUMEN conference is the PCG Academia, in cooperation with the Polish Rectors Foundation and the Times Higher Education.

The LUMEN 2021 was organized in two parallel thematic sections: strategic university management and operational management, dedicated to university leaders and professionals engaged into operational management.

In total, 9 panel discussions and 6 presentations were held with 50 experts from Poland and Europe. The Conference brought together more than 1200 participants.
