The Polish Rectors Foundation invites students with refugee status (exile, temporary protection status) to take part in the Summer School for exiled students, which will take place in France, at the University Bordeaux Montaigne on 17-21 June 2024. The Summer School will be organised within the Project AGILE «Higher education resilience in refugee crises” under Erasmus+ funding.

The aim of the transnational Summer School is to gather HE refugee students and staff from AGILE partner’s countries (Poland, Lithuania, Germany, France, Greece, Slovenia) and internally-displaced persons from Ukraine to share their experiences and discuss diverse support measures for refugees in higher education, and thus to contribute to creating inclusive environments that foster equity and equality and make higher education systems in Europe more inclusive and resilient. Moreover, the Summer School will include some training and workshops and special event marking UN International Refugee Day.

The Polish Rectors Foundation cordially invites exiled students to take part in the Summer School. The Polish Rectors Foundation will cover all costs related to students’ participation: travel and accommodation costs, as well as meals.

As all the workshops, debates and discussions will be in English, a B2 level in English is required.
