The XXIII PRF School on Strategic Governance in Higher Education for Rectors and Vice-Rectors was held on September 20-23, 2020 at the Conference Center of the Hotel "Folwark Łochów" in Łochów. The event was organized with the support of the Institute of Knowledge Society.

The PRF Project School on Strategic Governance is a part of strategic partnership between Polish Rectors Foundation and Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, as a  Program of Permanent Projects in the system of improvement of managerial staff of higher education institutions.

2020 School was a unique event in the year of pandemic, which was held offline. 50 participants from 30 HEIs took part in the School. Training program consisted of 9 sessions and 2 panel discussions, on the following topics:

• The rector and the academic community
• The university and the institutional environment
• The universities during the implementation of the new Law 2.0
