We are pleased to invite you to the 11th International Conference “Leaders in University Management” (LUMEN 2025), organized by PCG Academia together with the Polish Rectors Foundation and Times Higher Education. The event will take place on November 25–26, 2025, at the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

LUMEN 2025 will once again bring together leaders and experts in higher education management for two days of inspiring discussions, expert presentations, and knowledge exchange. The conference is designed for university executives, chancellors, deans, and professionals responsible for strategic and operational development in academia.

Day 1 – Strategy and Leadership in Higher Education

The first day will focus on strategic issues such as university financing, digital transformation, and sustainable development in higher education. It will feature the award ceremony honoring Polish universities recognized in the THE World University Rankings 2026, as well as those leading in digital innovation.

Day 2 – Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation

The second day will be devoted to operational university management, emphasizing practical approaches to digitalization. Together with practitioners from academia, we will explore key trends in digital education, process management, and research informatics. The agenda will also include discussions with representatives of leading Polish AI research centers and sessions on effective student communication and engagement.
