Polish Rectors Foundation, in compliance with the guidelines of the Program of Permanent Projects of competence building of staff responsible for administering and/or managing higher education institutions, realized in a strategic partnership  with CRASP -PRF is going to organize the following undertaking: XIII SSM PRF for bursars and chancellors.

On January 22th, 2013 at the Polish Rectors Foundation the II FRP-ISW Seminar for doctoral students took place entitled "The role of the higher education in the development of Knowledge Society". 

The next CRASP Presidium Meeting took place from 10 to 11 January 2013 in Warsaw University of Technology. During this meeting the CRASP document entitled  " Appeal to the Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Poland to grant the highest priority to the development of higher education, science and culture"("Apel do Parlamentu i Rządu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej o nadanie najwyższego priorytetu rozwojowi szkolnictwa wyższego, nauki i kultury") was presented. It was signed by: The President of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland Prof. Wiesław Banyś, the President of the Conference of Rectors of Vocational Schools in Poland Prof.  Waldemar Tłokiński, the Chairman of the General Council of Higher Education Prof. Józef Lubacz and the President of Polish Rectors Foundation Prof. Jerzy Woźnicki.

On December 12th, 2012 voluntary working group, consisting of deans of political science faculties from the main polish universities, completed its work. The team presented the proposals of conditions of granting authorizations to confer the doctoral degrees in the field of social science, in a discipline of public policy. The President of the Polish Rectors Foundations, Professor Jerzy Woźnicki has been organising the work of this team as a member of the team of Central Comission for new academic disciplines -expert responsible for the description of this new discipline - public policy science. The result of the team's work is a joint declaration entitled: "The proposals of conditions of granting authorizations to confer PhD degree in the field of social science, in a discipline of public policy", which was submitted to the President of the Central Comission for Degrees and Titles, Professor Tadeusz Kaczorek.

From 9 to 11 December the I Plenary Assembly of KOIL KRASP, who's Chairman is the President of the Polish Rectors Foundation - Professor Jerzy Woźnicki, took place in the Sobienie Królewskie hotel. The participants of the Assemply included the KOiL members and invited guests: Prof. Wiesław Banyś, the President of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, HM Rector of the University of Silesia in Katowice, and Professor Józef Lubacz, the President of the General Council of Science and Higher Education.

From 22 to 24 November 2012 the CRASP Presidium Meeting and Plenary Assembly  was held in Warsaw. During the Assembly meeting, Professor Jerzy Woźnicki, the President of the Polish Rectors Foundation, presented the plan of implementation if the future projects of the Polish Rectors Foundation for the upcoming years.

On November 27th, 2012 at the Polish Rectors Foundation the I FRP-ISW Seminar in the academic year 2012/2013 for doctoral students took place entitled "The role of the higher education in the development of Knowledge Society".

The President of the Polish Rectors Foundation, at the invitation from The Polish Confederation in Kazakhstan, visited Astana from the 24th to 29th  of  October 2012.

On the 8th of October 2012, The President of the Polish Rectors Foundation, Prof. Jerzy  Woźnicki participated in the inauguration ceremony of the academic year 2012/2013 at the Warsaw University of Technology - Branch in Płock. Professor Jerzy Woźnicki gave a lecture "The quality of academic education in conflict with other values​​?".

From the 2nd to the 6th of October 2012,  Professor Jerzy Woźnicki, at the invitation from Head of Department for Education and Science of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, visited several universities in Dnipropetrovsk, including Dnipropetrovsk National University, where he delivered a speech about public policy - new academic discipline in the field of social science.
